Spiritual Intuitive Counseling
Spiritual intuitive counseling is more than traditional counseling. As a spiritual intuitive counselor, Kirsten has access to much more detailed information, inspiration and insight that comes from beyond the five senses and intellectual knowing of conventional training. This spiritual intuition is received directly from Spirit. She uses this information to further assist the client on their journey of self-evolution.
Some common reasons why someone might come for an intuitive reading include, but are not limited to, questions about relationships, career, finances, life direction, personal and spiritual development and growth.
Energy Medicine
Kirsten draws upon a variety of energy medicine techniques and modalities and with the input of the client’s intentions for their own healing, she allows Spirit to guide what is priority to address for any given session. Kirsten’s holistic perspective is to take all the parts of a person - their mind, body, spirit, emotion, energy field and consciousness - and pull them all into the room as she works with her clients. This multi-dimensional approach helps facilitate the healing during a session.

"At the core of everything is energy and this energy can get stuck, blocked or in other ways damaged, which impacts one's level of wellness and ability to cope, mend and feel happy and balanced. By raising our awareness and addressing and healing our energetic bodies and spiritual selves we can more easily deal with the physical, emotional, and mental stressors in life. It is our natural state to be able to heal."
